To all applicants for the Idyllwild Scholarship Fund 2025:

Your deadline for applications to be turned in to Idyllwild School is

                                       WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9th BY 11:59 P.M.

Paper applications will no longer be offered. There are online applications ONLY.

Remember that all parts of the application MUST be submitted by the due date in order to be considered for a scholarship.  We want to hear from you!

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY SO YOU ARE PREPARED TO COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION.

  • The following items are REQUIRED in order to apply, so please plan ahead:
    • Photo of yourself
    • Personal Essay (2 pages maximum)
    • 2 Letters of Recommendation
    • Unofficial Transcript (emailed by school college counselor to ISF President Molly Mapel at molly.mapel@gmail.com)
  • We recommend logging into the application form with your Gmail account; this will enable you to make edits to your application even after submitting, up until the deadline.

    Please note that incomplete applications will be considered as a forfeiture of your submission and will result in disqualification from consideration for the scholarship.

The Idyllwild community can take great pride in its annual contribution toward furthering the education of Idyllwild graduating seniors.  It is a positive way to recognize the youth of the community who strive to succeed and be good citizens.  Such recognition is important in today’s world as a counter against so many negative forces at work.

After interviewing these young people, one is impressed with their intelligence, sincerity, sensitivity, and the desire they have to contribute to the progress of our society.  In 2023, a total of $30,000 was awarded to Idyllwild students.
